Marketing Manager Lindsay Bales has been with Sherman Associates since March 2014. She focuses her efforts on the management of strategic tactics within the corporate communications program. She is responsible for ensuring the enforcement of the core communication points and consistency of voice while nurturing and maintaining an online presence for Sherman Associates.
Bales determines social media strategy as it applies to corporate and property communication, and resident retention efforts. Additionally, Bales oversees SEM/SEO, online listing agreements, website development and reporting. She directs the creation and effectiveness of digital sales tools in collaboration with the Manager of Sales. These include virtual tours, website development, online advertising strategy and video/drone footage. She also provides social media training to property and corporate employees in an effort to increase Sherman’s awareness and enhance professional development and networking opportunities. Bales’ analytical, thoughtful and intuitive nature allow her to engage Sherman’s audiences while constantly maintaining social listening and communication across all networks.

Bales holds a B.S. in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and a Marketing minor from the G.R. Herberger College of Business at Saint Cloud State University. She served on the board of the Central MN American Advertising Federation and the SCSU American Advertising Federation groups. Her education and high involvement in marketing organizations, paired with over two years of real estate experience, have refined her ability to analytically and strategically approach planning brand communication tactics.
