Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: Largest Real Estate Developers in the Twin Cities

Sherman Associates ranks #7 on the list of Largest Real Estate Developers in the Twin Cities in 2024 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The rankings are based on SF developed in the metro between 2021-2023. Sherman developed 2.34 million SF in the metro between 2021-2023, and has an extensive development portfolio of multifamily, retail, mixed-use, hotel, office, and government. In 2023, Sherman broke ground on 786,000 SF in the Twin Cities metro including Northstar Center East in downtown Minneapolis and Landmark Towers in downtown St. Paul. Both projects are historic conversions of office space into multifamily. Outside of the Twin Cities, Sherman also developed multifamily, commercial, retail, and hospitality product in Westminster, CO; Des Moines, IA; and St. Petersburg, FL between 2021-2023.
