Sherman Associates has partnered with the City of Westminster to transform a 108-acre, cityowned parcel into a bustling hub of development that will include retail and multifamily components.

Westminster Town Square is a two-building apartment development included in the master plan which will provide 524 market-rate studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes.

The apartment developments will feature premier finishes as well as amenities, including pool decks, fitness centers, club rooms, and on-site surface and enclosed parking.

Each building will also include first floor commercial space totaling 60,000 SF between the two.

The first, and largest of the buildings at 484,000 SF, is set to be completed in 2017. Construction on the second, smaller building is planned for April of 2017, with completion scheduled for early 2018.

Located approximately eleven miles outside of Denver, Westminster offers residents avid opportunity for outdoor recreation as well as quick access to Denver’s Central Business District. Northwest Rail – B Line connecting Union Station in Denver to Westminster opened Summer of 2016.
