Located three blocks from U.S. Bank Stadium on the corner of Portland Avenue and South 7th Street, Moment is a 10-story mixed-use development with skyway connection that includes 222 market-rate apartments and nearly 15,000 SF of street-level commercial space including Starbucks and New Horizons Academy daycare center. The first of its kind in the United States, Firefighters For Healing Transitional Healing Center on the second floor provides 12 suites to house burn victims being treated at nearby Hennepin Healthcare, as well as their families.
