Project Overview

The Scenic is a luxury market-rate development located in the West Side neighborhood of St. Paul, MN along the Mississippi River.

The Scenic is part of Sherman Associates’ mixed-income, sustainable development in St. Paul. The Scenic is located adjacent to Verdant, an income restricted property of 82 apartment homes, and West Side Flats, which brings 142 market-rate and 36 affordable apartment homes, as well as 6,185 SF commercial space to the neighborhood.

This four-story development consists of 171 residential units, one level of underground parking, and a surface parking lot, plus electric vehicle charging stations.

Every unit features IOTAS Smart Home Technology including smart thermostat, outlets, lights, and locks that can be controlled anytime, anywhere. The selection of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom + den floor plans feature high-end finishes, top floor upgrades, and iconic views of the St. Paul skyline and Mississippi River.
