The Nexus at Gray’s Landing is an integral component of the Gray’s Landing Master Development Plan. Expanding the landscape of downtown Des Moines, the Gray’s Landing mixed-use neighborhood delivers 35 acres of retail, hotel, office and apartment homes.

The Nexus is a 142-unit market-rate apartment building that is comprised of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Each apartment home features exceptional finishes such as granite island countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and balconies or walk-out terraces.
