The Edge at Gray’s Landing features unique green initiatives and is an integral component of the Gray’s Landing Master Development Plan. Expanding the landscape of downtown Des Moines, the Gray’s Landing mixed-use neighborhoods delivers 35 acres of retail, hotel, office, and apartment homes.

The Edge at Gray’s Landing is a 90-unit, mixed-income apartment building comprised of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Of the total 90 units, 44 are market-rate and 46 are affordable. There are 41 covered and 63 surface parking spaces. Each apartment features an in-unit washer and dryer and sleek black appliances. Community amenities include a community room with a billiard’s table and a 24-hour fitness center.
