Slate at Gray’s Landing is an integral component of the Gray’s Landing Master Development Plan. Expanding the landscape of downtown Des Moines, the Gray’s Landing mixed-use neighborhood delivers 35 acres of retail, hotel, office and apartment homes.

Slate is a 132-unit age restricted market rate community in Des Moines for active seniors who are 55+. Residents enjoy the close proximity to the downtown core, nearby trails/natural amenities and connections to multi-modal transit systems. The building is four stories tall with one level of underground parking. A one-story clubhouse will be connected to the building and will house an indoor pool and other amenity spaces, including a fitness center, community room, spa, and family room. One-bedroom, one-bedroom + den, and two-bedroom units are available.
