Sherman Associates sought to reintroduce a luxury hotel experience to the Lake Superior waterfront, honoring the legacy once established by the historic Hotel Duluth. Situated across the street from the original hotel site, the 11-story Sheraton Duluth now stands as a modern landmark.

The Sheraton Duluth is a full-service hotel offering 147 guest rooms and suites, along with five stories of luxury condominiums. The first floor features guest services, hotel amenities, and Restaurant 301.
