Building Space: Riverdale Station is a new construction, mixed-use, multi-phase project in Coon Rapids on the NorthStar Commuter Rail Line. The first phase of development will feature a market-rate building as well as a mixed-income building. A future phase of development will feature an active senior (55+) apartment building as well as a small freestanding commercial space.

The market rate building has 180 units consisting of studios, alcoves, 1 bedrooms, 1 bedroom + dens, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, dog walk, outdoor pool and amenity deck, underground parking, in-unit laundry, community room, and on-site building management.

The mixed-income building will have 71 total units consisting of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedrooms. Units will consist of 20% at market rate and 80% affordable including LIHTC @ 50% AMI, GHR Long Term Homeless, and 811 Supportive Housing programs. Amenities on-site will include a fitness center, various community spaces, in-unit laundry, underground parking, and on-site building management.

The affordable building is projected to open October 2019, with the market rate building projected to open February 2020.
