Nova at Riverdale Station is a mixed-income apartment building, located on the NorthStar Commuter Rail in Coon Rapids, MN. The 71-unit apartment building has homes ranging from 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom floor plans. The units consist of 20% market-rate and 80% affordable, including LIHTC @ 50% AMI, GHR Long Term Homeless, and 811 Supportive Housing Programs. All units include in-home laundry and private balconies. Building amenities include a community billiard room with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor amenity deck with grilling station, 24-hour fitness center, Tot Lot, heated underground parking, private resident storage, and on-site management.
