Ascent is a mixed-use development located in Westminster, Colorado. Westminster is a city located in between Denver and Boulder on Highway 36 (the Denver Turnpike). The site is located in an area of the City of Westminster that is being rebranded as “downtown” Westminster.

Ascent is a five-story development with 255 residential units, controlled-access tempered and open-air parking, and approximately 24,000 square feet of retail space.

Residential units include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, IOTAS smart home technology, and in-unit washer/dryer. Building amenities include a club room with entertaining kitchen, fitness and yoga studio, sports simulator, two courtyards, pool and Jacuzzis, dog run and dog wash, residential storage, conference room, electric vehicle charging stations, and professional on-site management.

Ascent achieved LEED® Silver certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions in areas including sustainable site development, water conservation, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.
