Meet Mike Brempell – Sherman Associates Asset Manager

Mike Brempell is the Asset Manager at Sherman Associates and is a recent addition to the Operations and Management team. Prior to working with Sherman Associates, Brempell worked for a Twin Cities based developer as a Senior Analyst within their Asset Management Department. He possesses advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting and process development and aided in the disposition of more than 60 properties and 4,700 units, at a value greater than $250,000,000. Since joining the Sherman team in June, Brempell has used his experience to immediately begin the enhancement of key systems within the organization with the goal of better facilitating the growth of Sherman Associates. In order to maximize operations, Brempell and the Asset Management team direct the budgetary analysis process. In addition he oversees the implementation of a management system that maximizes financial and operational reporting. He has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Multimedia Design and a minor in Coaching from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
