Des Moines Register: Krause+ releases detailed maps of soccer stadium, western gateway districts: plans for shops, hotels, housing and more

Krause+ releases development plans for the new soccer stadium and the surrounding 60 acres at the edge of downtown Des Moines. Sherman Associates is working in coordination with Krause+ as it is developing the adjacent area.

Sherman has two multi-family properties (The Nexus at Gray’s Landing and The Edge at Gray’s Landing), a Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel and the Gray’s Landing Office building in the area, with other developments planned for the area as well.
