Zenith Condominiums in Parade of Homes
Minneapolis St Paul Magazine
The Zenith condominium in Mineapolis's historic Mill District has some great neighbors: the Guthrie Theater, Gold Medal Park, Mill City Museum, and the Mississippi River, to name a few. "The project is part of the city's vision for a vibrant cultural and residential district along the river," explains Burt Coffin of Elness Swenson Graham Architects, which designed the 64-unit building. "The architectural design responds thoughtfully and playfully to its surroundings." For the Parade, Sherman Associates is showcasing a roomy, ultra-modern condo with three bedrooms, three baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, and two terraces overlooking the river and the Stone Arch Bridge. "Color, transparency, and light are key elements of the design," Coffin says...
