Located three blocks from U.S. Bank Stadium on the corner of Portland Avenue and South 7th Street, this 10-story mixed-use development with skyway connection includes 222 market-rate apartments, ~15,300 SF street-level commercial space including a ~10,000 SF daycare, and a transitional burn recovery center that will be operated by Champlin-based Firefighters For Healing. The organization’s ~13,500 SF space on the second floor will provide 12 suites to house burn victims being treated at nearby Hennepin Healthcare, as well as their families.

Units are high-end and feature stainless steel appliances, granite/quartz countertops, private balconies, and in-unit washer/dryer. Residents will benefit from a variety of luxury amenities including a modern 5-star lobby, second-floor pool terrace, ground-level commercial space, top-floor terrace, bike storage, and skyway access. The heated underground garage will include resident storage and electric car charging stations.

Energy usage is partially offset by two solar gardens developed by Sherman Associates located in Carver County and Washington County.
