Lyra at Riverdale Station is a luxury market-rate building that opened in early 2020. Consisting of 180 apartment homes all equipped with IOTAS Smart Home Technology. Floor plans include studio, alcove, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedrooms floor plans featuring an in-home washer and dryer, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Community amenities include an Outdoor Patio with pool and grilling stations, sports simulator lounge, club room with billiards table, 24-hour fitness center with Fitness on Demand virtual classes, private resident storage, heated underground parking, and a private dog run.
