Sherman Associates Opens The Scenic in St. Paul, Delivering 171 Luxury Apartment Homes
{ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, MARCH 2, 2022}-Sherman Associates opens its latest luxury apartment development in St. Paul. The Scenic is located at 55 Livingston Avenue and delivers smart apartment homes and unrivaled amenities to the West Side neighborhood of St. Paul.
