As Director of Commercial Operations at Sherman Associates, Kepple develops and executes the strategy for all aspects of the Commercial department, with a major emphasis on commercial leasing and maximizing net operating income in pursuit of optimal tenant amenities to serve the communities within Sherman’s portfolio. A graduate of Augsburg College with a degree in Business Administration, Kepple was a commercial real estate broker for ten years before joining Sherman Associates.
