Duluth’s NorShor Theatre could soon be under new ownership

The historic NorShor Theatre in downtown Duluth could soon be in new hands.  The Duluth Economic Development Authority bought the theatre back in 2010 with dreams of making it a historic, usable venue and attraction downtown…., but now DEDA is in talks with a potential buyer and developer – George Sherman of “Sherman Associates” in Minneapolis...
