The Vicinity is on Park Avenue between Washington and 2nd Street, and directly connected to future retail, Minneapolis police substation, and a Bank. Within a 5-block radius, distinct East Town attractions include the Guthrie Theater, U.S. Bank Stadium, The Commons, Gold Metal Park, and the Stone Arch Bridge. The Vicinity currently has two available retail spaces; there is 6,360 sf of commercial space located with Washington Avenue visibility and 2,090 sf on 2nd Ave with high foot traffic.

Construction of The Vicinity began May 2018, and was completed Fall 2019.
