Sherman Associates Senior Housing redevelopment project in Independence, MI highlighted

Mount Washington, Sherman Associates' senior housing redevelopment project in Independence, MI, was highlighted recently in the Cityscene Newspaper. Construction on the project is underway and the former school building will be transformed into 45 affordable senior apartment units. The building will feature a community room, restored auditorium and outdoor green area with community garden space. Occupancy is scheduled for April 1st, 2014.
