Sherman Associates First Des Moines Office — Opening Spring 2014!

As our Sherman Associates Team grows in Des Moines it is finally time to say hello to our first corporate office of Des Moines! Sherman Associates Des Moines Team  is excited for this expansion to the company coming this spring. Sherman Associates has been actively constructing and renovating historical buildings in Des Moines since 2004. Our Iowa and Missouri regional operations  will be moving into the new 700 square feet office, which will be located on the south side of our Rumely Lofts building. The vice president of development in Des Moines along with our, regional property manager,  compliance manager, construction manager and our maintenance supervisor will be moving into the new office this spring. This is an exciting step for Sherman Associates Team in Des Moines  and it is generating quite a buzz , so much so that we were even featured in the Des Moines Business Record.
