Sherman Associates expands its portfolio in Duluth with the purchase of The Chateaus

Minneapolis-based developer George Sherman has expanded his Duluth holdings with the purchase of the Chateau luxury apartments on London Road. The $12 million purchase from the Bowman family was finalized on March 16. Sherman, whose company built the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Duluth, called the Chateau apartments first rate and a good investment. “They’re fantastic properties, one of a kind,” Sherman said. “The Bowmans have taken very good care of the property.
