Sherman Associates Closes On Paper Box Lofts
Sherman Associates, in association with Wisconsin Housing Economic Development Authority, RBC Equity Markets, and Bank of the West, closed on the Paper Box Lofts project on March 31st, 2014. The project is a historic adaptive re-use of the iconic Milwaukee Paper Box Company in the Menomonee River Valley, just west of downtown Milwaukee. The will provide residents with easy access to jobs, transportation, parks, restaurants and recreation. The building will be converted into 72-apartment units, underground parking, and community space. Housing options will provide affordable apartments for large families by providing a majority of the units as two-bedroom or three-bedroom layouts. Completion is expected or Late Fall 2014.
