Sherman Associates celebrates grand opening in Kansas City

On January 26, 2011, Sherman Associates, along with city officials and community leaders, celebrated the Grand Opening of Grand Boulevard Lofts.  The 134 unit tax-credit project is the first urban HUD backed project in Kansas City in over 25 years.  The event was paired with an open house and the kickoff of 2011 season of tours by The Urban Core Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of downtown Kansas City.
