Sherman Associates awarded tax credits for a new community in Davenport Iowa

Sherman Associates was awarded 9% tax credits from the Iowa Finance Authority on May 2^nd for a multifamily housing project in Davenport, IA.  The 3-story new construction project, Harrison Lofts, will consist of 60 units ranging in size from Studios to 3-BR.  Commercial space will be located on a portion of the main floor.  Construction is anticipated to commence this fall with units available for occupancy by mid-2013.
