Sherman Associates Closes on 324 North 1st Project in Minneapolis, MN

Sherman Associates closed on financing for a 140 unit multifamily development located at 324 1st Avenue in the North Loop area of Minneapolis on October 1st, 2013. Construction will commence immediately with initial occupancy scheduled for late summer of 2014. The community will help meet the continued demand for apartments in the North Loop area and will feature distinct amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, community room, and concierge service.
