Riverside Plaza continues to garner national attention
Affordable Housing Finance
Affordable Housing Finance, a national publication focused on low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing, selected Riverside Plaza as one of only four national finalists in its Readers Choice awards this month in the category of Historic Rehab. As construction continues on Sherman Associates' most ambitious rehab project to-date, Riverside is still garnering national-level attention and causing waves in the Tax Credit development community. The prestigious award nomination followed only shortly after the project was profiled in the Tax Credit Advisor, another national publication in the Tax Credit community. In addition to these publications, the rehabilitation work is beginning to be noticed by passer- by on both Interstate 94 and from the surrounding university communities as the process of repainting and refreshing the Riverside's iconic colored panels began in July. One building is complete and the contrast of old verses new can be seen in the photo above. Rental Information »
