Rayette Lofts and West Side Flats Showcased In The Pioneer Press

Two Sherman Associates properties, Rayette Lofts and West Side Flats, were prominently featured in an article in the Pioneer Press highlighting major construction projects in downtown Saint Paul. West Side Flats, a 178-apartment riverfront complex at 84 Wabasha Street S. welcomed its first residents April 2014. The property features an indoor/outdoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, and Skyline Lounge with spectacular city and river views. Rayette Lofts, an 88-apartment luxury complex located in Lowertown directly across the street from the Saint Paul Farmers Market will open its doors for initial occupancy September 2014. The building that formerly housed Rayette Laboratories (the producers of Aquanet hairspray) and The Stronge and Warner Company (described as the "finest and largest wholesale millinery building in the world") will give a nod to its rich history through thoughtful interior selections.
