MPHA and Sherman partnership brings the nation’s first community of its kind

Sherman Associates acted as fee developer for the Minnesota Public Housing Authority in building a model new housing community in Minneapolis. The Star Tribune wrote: "Last month, Thomas T. Feeney Manor opened in north Minneapolis with 24 units for memory care residents and 24 units of enhanced assisted living apartments. This month, a senior services health and wellness center will open next door, which will include a senior-oriented YMCA, health clinic, senior day program and programs run by the Courage Center."
