Sherman Associates ranks #7 on the list of 2021 Most Active Commercial Real Estate Developers in the Twin Cities by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The rankings are based on metro square feet developed between 2018-2020. Sherman Associates had 1,597,982 metro square feet developed between 2018-2020 in office, retail, mixed, multifamily, hotel and senior housing.
