Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal: Sherman Associates plans nearly 400 housing units, grocery store, parking ramp for St. Louis Park
Sherman Associates is developing three apartments, one with 20,000 sq. ft. commercial space for a grocery store anchor, and a parking ramp to include a light rail park-and-ride for commuters since it is near the future station for the Southwest Light Rail Green extension. The development will include almost 400 units of market-rate and affordable homes.
The project is located at the corner of Beltline Boulevard and County Road 25 in St. Louis Park, MN. “That area is really primed for development and growth,” said Will Anderson, Sherman’s director of development, of the area near the LRT station. Work will start in June 2022, with the last building likely opening in the summer of 2024.
