The rankings are based on SF developed in the metro between 2020-2022. Sherman developed 1,969,695 SF in the metro between 2020-2022, and has a development portfolio of multifamily, retail, mixed-use, hotel, office, and government. Outside of the Twin Cities metro, Sherman developed 944,885 SF multifamily, retail and office product in Westminster, CO and Des Moines, IA between 2020-2022.
