The University of Minnesota Physicians - Mill City Clinic, located in the Zenith Condominium building, has been recognized by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal as a finalist for the "Best In Real Estate" award under the category of "Medical Development or Redevelopment."  Valued at $1 million, this clinic  was part of the Sherman Associates Zenith Condominium and aloft Hotel development project.
