Heather Fleetham | Market Rate Regional Manager As the Regional Manager for Sherman Associates’ market rate properties and new developments in the Metro Area, Heather Fleetham manages property operations, policy implementation and creates strategies for financial optimization. Her role is essential as Sherman grows and evolves its luxury brand within the market. Fleetham joined the Sherman Associates team three months ago with nearly 15 years of industry experience. In 2010 she was awarded Property Manager of the Year at the MADACS (Multi Housing Achievement in Design, Advertising & Community Support) Awards.
