Meet Denise Flood | Regional Director of Property Management

Denise Flood was recently promoted to the position of Regional Director of Property Management. She oversees Sherman’s team of Regional Property Managers and all support staff. Flood utilizes her strengths in teamwork and integrity to inspire Sherman’s Property Management team, ensuring all residential properties are held to the highest standard of care and management. Flood joined Sherman in 2013, and has since lead the Riverside Plaza team to win a number of industry-leading awards. Most recently, Flood received a MADACS for Portfolio Manager of the Year, and represented Riverside Plaza’s MADACS win for Property of Excellence: Affordable. When not at work, you can find Flood cooking up a big pot of sauce or chicken noodle soup for her friends and family, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers (secretly a fan of the Minnesota Vikings too), or getting to know her neighbors at the local pub.
