Meet Brittany Cooper | Senior Property Manager

Brittany Cooper is a Senior Property Manager for the Eastern Iowa region where she regularly travels between Harrison Lofts, The Roosevelt, and Russell Lamson. She trains staff members, assists with administrative work, and completes quarterly inspections for each site, evaluating goals for overall property improvement to include: occupancy, property revenue, direct expenses, COI, and DSCR. Cooper excels at her ability to teach others. Utilizing her background as a college professor, she is able to take her knowledge of property management and successfully share that with her employees. Cooper holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in English Literary Studies with an emphasis in professional editing and literary adaptation from Western Illinois University. While not at work, you can find Cooper at the Olive Garden (her favorite restaurant, where she knows each server, hostess, and manager by first name), running a 5k with her husband, or being the best dog mom any bichon or cocker spaniel could ask for.
