Grand Boulevard Lofts wins project of the year in Kansas City
The Associated General Contractors of America:
Sherman Associates' construction partner in Kansas City's Grand Boulevard Lofts was awarded Project of the Year by the Associated General Contractors of America. Rau Construction Company's work in the historic 17-story downtown property converted the 100-year-old Gates building into 134 Tax Credit loft apartments that have been very widely acclaimed over the past year and a half since its opening.
