Finance & Commerce: Sherman Associates announces executive promotions

Sherman Associates recently announced three promotions on its executive team.

Paula Beck has been promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Richard Kiemen has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, and Bob Lund has been promoted to Vice President of Facilities.

Beck, Kiemen and Lund oversee the Legal, Development and Facilities teams, which are responsible for the development and maintenance of 6,600+ multifamily rental units, 770,000+ square feet of commercial space, four franchise hotels, two solar gardens, and three Starbucks locations that are owned and managed by Sherman throughout the Midwest and Colorado.
