Canal Park Square Apartments Set to Commence Construction Summer 2014

Construction for 23 market-rate apartments in Duluth's Canal Park will begin this summer. This will be the first of several projects that Sherman Associates commences over the next year in the Duluth area. The apartments will be upscale, with a  contemporary loft-style, and feature high ceilings and tall windows, as well as exposed brick and stone walls that date back to the 1880s.
