Sherman Associates hires Kyle Brasser as developer Minneapolis-based multifamily and commercial developer Sherman Associates has hired Kyle Brasser as a developer. Brasser oversees and coordinates all facets of the development process, including project identification, feasibility analysis, financing, design and construction, according to a Sherman Associates news release. He pursues growth opportunities for the organization, and seeks to develop quality, affordable housing throughout various communities. Brasser brings more than eight years of real estate development and finance experience to Sherman. He has a background in development and finance. Brasser holds a bachelor’s of business administration degree in real estate and finance from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Sherman Associates was founded in 1978 by George Sherman. The company has completed more than $2 billion in development. Currently, the company’s multifamily, commercial and hospitality portfolio consists of properties in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Colorado and North Dakota.
