Axios Twin Cities: St. Paul’s Landmark Towers to become apartments
Sherman Associates has plans to convert the Landmark Towers office building in St. Paul, MN, into apartments.
The 25-story tower boasts 213,000 square feet of office space that would be redeveloped into 186 apartments, an $80 million investment. Sherman is applying for historic tax credits to assist in financing the project.
