Axios Des Moines: New modern apartment complex The Meridian coming to Des Moines
Sherman Associates is developing a five-story, 174-unit apartment building near downtown Des Moines called The Meridian at Gray’s Landing. Expected to open in 2024, the upscale property will include a makers space, game room, sports simulator, outdoor pool, and rooftop kitchen and deck.
Sherman has two multi-family properties (The Nexus at Gray’s Landing and The Edge at Gray’s Landing), a Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel, and the Gray’s Landing Office building containing its regional office and a Starbucks in the neighborhood, with other developments planned for the area as well.
