The Gray’s Landing Office Center is a key component in the Gray’s Landing Master Development Plan and the continued momentum of development at Gray’s Landing (River Point West).
The building will be comprised of approximately 63,614 SF of leasable space and provides 39 underground parking stalls and 308 surface parking stalls.
Located at Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and SW 9th Street, the site’s proximity to the downtown core, attractive exterior, and “Class A” finishes and amenities, such as a fitness center, bike storage, and a rooftop patio, position it to be a competitive offering that will attract premier office tenants adding to the vibrancy of Gray’s Landing.
The Gray’s Landing Office Center’s location within the Gray’s Landing Master Development Plan will also provide office tenants with the convenience of nearby retail, a Holiday Inn Express (which opened in early 2016), The Nexus, a 142-unit market-rate luxury apartment building, and The Edge, a 90-unit workforce apartment building.
Construction on the project began in the fourth quarter of 2015 and is currently being marketed by Bill Wright of CBRE | Hubbell Commercial.
