Will Anderson is the Vice President of Development for Sherman Associates, where he provides strategic leadership for the company’s development division and oversees the development team responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate developments across existing and emerging markets.

Prior to joining Sherman Associates, Anderson worked for both the City of Minneapolis and the City of St. Paul, providing him with a strong foundation in urban development, municipal processes, and public-sector collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies with a minor in Management from the University of Minnesota.
