Valerie Doleman, Senior Vice President of Property Operations & Marketing, has over 25 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate development, brokerage, title, architecture, and finance. She leads Property Operations where she builds operating efficiency and drives financial goal achievement, and capitalizes on the synergy of resident experience in design and programming for Sherman’s multifamily portfolio. She leads Marketing by directing the corporate communications strategy, overseeing property marketing programs for Sherman’s new developments and existing portfolio, and conducting market research as Sherman explores new markets. 

Doleman received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism-Mass Media Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Doleman was named a 2020 Noteworthy Women in Commercial Real Estate by Twin Cities Business Magazine.
