Tia Jacobs is a Developer for Sherman Associates, where she advances multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality developments from concept through financing and execution.

Previously, Jacobs gained experience in affordable housing development, land use planning, and governmental affairs through roles with CommonBond Communities, the Village of Schaumburg Community Development Department, the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, and the Office of the Wisconsin Governor.

She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Minnesota with a concentration in Housing and Community Development and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin with a distinction in Political Science and International Studies.
