Scott Wingrove is the Director of Construction at Sherman Associates. He is responsible for providing strategic oversight across multiple construction projects within the portfolio.

Wingrove manages the activities associated with development and new construction projects providing input into preparing hard cost estimates and project budgets, determining staffing requirements, and managing the day-to-day progress of the project from initial construction through delivery. He collaborates with the Development team to ensure new assets are brought on board that are consistent with Sherman standards and values.

Wingrove brings over 25 years of construction experience as a project manager, managing highly complex projects from preconstruction to close out, leading project teams, and delivering customer satisfaction for projects ranging in size from $1 million to $300 million.

Wingrove received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Northern Iowa with a major in Construction Management and a minor in General Business Concepts.
