Robb Hall is the Vice President of Hospitality & Retail Operations for Sherman Associates. He is responsible for the management and owner relations of Sherman Associates’ multi-brand portfolio of hotels and Starbucks retail stores. While achieving brand and company standards, he drives profitability while maximizing guest experience and employee engagement for multiple hotels and Starbucks stores. Hall also partners with the Development team on new deal evaluations, opening and/or acquiring of new hotel assets, and new Starbucks store opportunities.

With over 30 years of experience, Hall brings notable credentials in hospitality asset performance by growing sales, improving profits, and delivering exceptional customer loyalty. He has brand experience with major franchises including Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, IHG; including Life Style brands.

Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Western Colorado University.
